Purchased credits can be used to order listed legal services before the expiration date, as many credits are needed and available.
Credits are valid for 6 months. However, after this period, the credits will be considered expired, regardless of whether they are used or not.
The services can be requested through the specific WhatsApp group, created to keep in touch with you as soon as you sign up for the plan.
There, you can contact one of the professionals on our team, who will be responsible for helping you, answering questions, and following up on your requests.
After the application, we will check the credits you have, and request additional information and documents.
After that, we will inform the delivery time to the person responsible for the request, which may be extended according to the complexity of the demand.
Finally, as soon as the legal service is finished, we will deliver the completed work and keep you informed about the amount and validity of the remaining credits.

Four types of plans are available, Early Plan, worth R$ 4,820.00 and 10 credits, Medium Plan, worth R$ 9,520.00 and 20 credits, and Growth Plan, worth R$ 16,170.00 and 35 credits.
In addition to these, we have a Personalized Plan, starting from 36 credits, in which the number of credits, scope of services, and prices can be negotiated.
The unit credit value for each of the plans is R$ 482.00 for the Early Plan, R$ 476.00 for the Medium Plan, R$ 462.00 for the Growth Plan, and price subject to definition for the Custom Plan.

Yes, you can cancel our plans at any time.
However, no refund will be given for credits already purchased at the time of the cancellation request.
Thus, the option for not using the remaining credits is the responsibility of the contractor.
